Q: Can I return or exchange an item?
A: Yes, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging. Please email us first before returning any item.

Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear.

A: We use high-quality metals and stones including sterling silver, stainless steel, gold plating, and cubic zirconia. Each product page contains specific material details.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
